Our multilingual, international team are able to source talented staff for a wide variety of different jobs, seamlessly and to short lead times in multiple regions around the world.
We were founded by a team of veteran recruiters with experience of working with some of the world's most renowned businesses. We're used to working with both household brand names, and also small to medium enterprises.
As a small, privately owned recruiter, we don't have the sky high overheads of some of our bigger rivals. This means we can pass the cost saving onto our clients and offer competitive and flexible fees and terms as standard.
We work very differently to most other recruitment agencies. We're firm believers that the best CVs are of candidates who aren't actively looking and who aren't engaged with other recruiters, therefore we tend to headhunt as opposed to advertising. Despite there being thousands of agencies operating in a very saturated market, practices in the industry as a whole tend to be archaic, stuffy, and unconstructive - with the age old cliché of the telesales recruiter constantly pestering their clients on the phone ringing true in recruitment offices throughout the UK.
We made a pledge at Envirorec never to hire salespeople, and to only hire our staff from within industry; building a team of experts who have a deep technical knowledge and understanding of the clients they work for and they roles they're trying to fill.
